Decision Final. The decisions of the arbitrators shall be final and binding on both parties. The arbitrators may, at their discretion, award costs and expenses, as they deem appropriate, including but not limited to legal fees and interest. The arbitrators may not award exemplary or punitive damages. Judgment may be entered upon the final decision of the arbitrators in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Decision Final. (i) The Award shall be final and binding upon the parties as from the date rendered. Judgment upon any Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
(ii) The parties waive any rights of application or appeal to any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to the fullest extent permitted by law in connection with any question of law arising in the course of arbitration or with respect to any Award made except for actions relating to enforcement of this Agreement or arbitral Award and except for actions seeking interim or other provisional relief in aid of arbitration proceeding in any court of competent jurisdiction.
