Common use of Declaration of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Covenants. 15. Before the sale and/or lease of any MPDU on the Property, the Developer shall execute a Declaration in the form provided by the Department, and such Declaration shall be recorded among the land records of Xxxx Arundel County, Maryland at the Developer’s expense. The Developer shall submit a completed Declaration to the Department for review and final approval prior to recordation.
