Decreases in the Scope. The decrease in the contract price attributable to a Change Order deleting or modifying a portion of the scope of Work shall equal all costs incurred to execute such deductive change order less the sum of the following: (i) the actual labor cost that EPC Contractor would have incurred to perform the scope of Work deleted in the Change Order; (ii) the actual cost of Subcontractors or materials that EPC Contractor would have incurred in performing the scope of Work deleted in the Change Order;
