Dedication Area Sample Clauses
The Dedication Area clause defines a specific portion of property or land that is set aside for a particular use, often for public or community benefit. In practice, this clause may require a developer to allocate a section of their project for parks, roads, or other public infrastructure as a condition of approval. Its core function is to ensure that necessary communal spaces or facilities are provided as part of a development, addressing the need for shared resources and supporting orderly urban planning.
