DEDICATION OF ROADS. Until such time as the appropriate governmental agency accepts the dedication of the roadways and/or sidewalks, if any, Purchaser shall not do or cause to be done the depositing of rubbish, garbage and/or trash upon the roadways and/or sidewalks of the development in which the Premises is situated. This paragraph shall survive delivery of the deed.

DEDICATION OF ROADS. Except for private roads approved by the City within the Active Adult Neighborhoods of Firelight or other portions of the Subject Property and After Acquired Property, following completion of the construction of any roadway improvements, Developer, its successors and/or assigns shall dedicate said Public Facility to the City. Dedication may occur via the recording of a final plat for a subdivision or a commercial site plan containing sufficient dedicatory language or via a separate road dedication plat as the circumstances may require.
DEDICATION OF ROADS. 11.1 The landowner agrees to UrbanGrowth NSW compulsorily acquiring any road land or road parcel. 11.2 As at the date of vesting of the road land (other than a road parcel) in UrbanGrowth NSW, the contribution payable by the landowner is reduced by the road land value and the landowner must pay the contribution (less the road land value) by the date for payment specified in the reference schedule. 11.3 The reduction in the contribution payable pursuant to clause 11.2 is the compensation payable by UrbanGrowth NSW for the road land. 11.4 If UrbanGrowth NSW acquires a road parcel then the landowner will be entitled to be paid monetary compensation in the amount of the road parcel value on vesting of the road parcel in UrbanGrowth NSW.
DEDICATION OF ROADS. Developer intends to, and by recordation of this Master Deed reserves the right and power to, dedicate all the roads in the Condominium to public use, and all persons acquiring any interest in the Condominium, including without limitation all Co-owners and mortgagees, shall be deemed irrevocably to have appointed Developer, and/or its successors as agent and attorney-in-fact to make such dedication and to act in behalf of all co-owners and their mortgagees in any statutory or special assessment proceedings with respect to the dedicated roads. The foregoing rights and powers may be exercised by the Association upon transfer of the Developer's responsibility to the Association as set forth in the master deed or bylaws, after the transitional control date.
DEDICATION OF ROADS. Developer will dedicate all road rights-of-way to the City at the time of recording the final plat for each Phase. After the City has accepted the improvements based on the City’s written standards for such, and under Developer’s Vested Rights, the City shall be solely responsible for maintaining all rights-of-way and related improvements except for the roads within the single family attached portions of the Property which will be owned and maintained by the Homeowner Association and the multi-family portion of the property which will be owned and maintained by the owner of such property, as well as those set forth above in Section 6.2.

  • Technology Access Contractor expressly acknowledges that state funds may not be expended in connection with the purchase of an automated information system unless that system meets certain statutory requirements relating to accessibility by persons with visual impairments. Accordingly, Contractor represents and warrants to System Agency that the technology provided to System Agency for purchase (if applicable under this Contract or any related Solicitation) is capable, either by virtue of features included within the technology or because it is readily adaptable by use with other technology, of: • providing equivalent access for effective use by both visual and non-visual means; • presenting information, including prompts used for interactive communications, in formats intended for non-visual use; and • being integrated into networks for obtaining, retrieving, and disseminating information used by individuals who are not blind or visually impaired.
