Deduction of Local Association Fees. ‌ 1.2.1 Every teacher who is now or hereafter becomes a member of the local association shall maintain membership in the local association as a condition of employment. 1.2.2 As a condition of employment, each teacher is required to pay association fees. The Board agrees to deduct fees from each employee’s pay upon written notification from the Good Spirit Teachers’ Association President. The total sum deducted shall be forwarded to the Treasurer of the local association on a monthly basis.
