(a) Subject to clause 24.2(b), a Notice will be deemed to be given as follows: (i) if by letter, when delivered personally or on actual receipt; and (ii) if by facsimile, when delivered. (b) A Notice given in accordance with clause 24.2(a) but received on a non-working day or after business hours in the place of receipt will only be deemed to be given on the next working day in that place.
