Common use of Deemed Voluntary Termination Clause in Contracts

Deemed Voluntary Termination. Provided that there are available shifts that have been offered, a Casual Employee who has not worked any hours within a three (3) month period without making prior arrangements that would allow for a period of inactivity, will be deemed to have voluntarily terminated their services with the Employer.
