(a) in the case of an overdue amount of principal, the higher of the rates set out at paragraphs (a) and (b) of Clause 7.3; or
(b) in the case of any other overdue amount, the rate set out at paragraph (b) of Clause 7.3.
Default Rate of Interest. Upon the occurrence, and during the continuance, of an Event of Default with respect to any Borrower, the principal of and, to the extent permitted by law, interest on the Loans outstanding to such Borrower and any other amounts owing by such Borrower hereunder or under the other Credit Documents shall bear interest, payable on demand, at a per annum rate equal to 2% plus the rate which would otherwise be applicable (or if no rate is applicable, then the rate for Loans outstanding to such Borrower that are Base Rate Loans plus 2% per annum).
Default Rate of Interest. At the election of Agent or Required Lenders, after the occurrence of an Event of Default and for so long as it continues, the Loans and other Obligations shall bear interest at rates that are two percent (2.0%) per annum in excess of the rates otherwise payable under this Agreement; provided, however, that in the case of any Event of Default specified in Section 10.1(e) or 10.1(f) above, such default rates shall apply immediately and automatically without the need for any election or action of any kind on the part of Agent or any Lender.
Default Rate of Interest. (a) If any amount of principal of any Loan is not paid when due, whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise, such amount shall thereafter bear interest at a fluctuating interest rate per annum at all times equal to the Default Rate to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws.
(b) If any amount (other than principal of any Loan) payable by the Borrower under any Credit Document is not paid when due (after the expiration of any applicable grace periods), whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise, then at the request of the Required Lenders, such amount shall thereafter bear interest at a fluctuating interest rate per annum at all times equal to the Default Rate to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws.
(c) During the continuance of an Event of Default under Section 9.1(f) or Section 9.1(g), the Borrower shall pay interest on the principal amount of all outstanding Obligations hereunder at a fluctuating interest rate per annum at all times equal to the Default Rate to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws.
(d) During the continuance of an Event of Default other than an Event of Default under Section 9.1(f) or Section 9.1(g), the Borrower shall, at the request of the Required Lenders, pay interest on the principal amount of all outstanding Obligations hereunder at a fluctuating interest rate per annum at all times equal to the Default Rate to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws.
(e) Accrued and unpaid interest on past due amounts (including interest on past due interest) shall be due and payable upon demand.
(f) In the case of any Adjusted LIBOR Rate Loan, upon the expiration of the Interest Period in effect at the time the Default Rate of interest is effective, each such Adjusted LIBOR Rate Loan shall thereupon become a Base Rate Loan and shall thereafter bear interest at the Default Rate then in effect for Base Rate Loans. Payment or acceptance of the increased rates of interest provided for in this Section 2.9 is not a permitted alternative to timely payment and shall not constitute a waiver of any Event of Default or otherwise prejudice or limit any rights or remedies of the Administrative Agent or any Lender.
Default Rate of Interest. At the option of Agent or the Majority Lenders, upon and after the occurrence of an Event of Default, and during the continuation thereof, the principal amount of all Loans shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to 2.0% plus the interest rate otherwise applicable thereto (the "Default Rate").

(i) After the occurrence, and during the continuation, of an Event of Default pursuant to Section 9.1(a), the principal of and, to the extent permitted by Law, interest on the Loans and any other amounts owing hereunder or under the other Loan Documents (including without limitation fees and expenses) shall bear interest, payable on demand, at the Default Rate.
(ii) After the occurrence, and during the continuation, of an Event of Default (other than an Event of Default pursuant to Section 9.1(a)), at the request of the Required Lenders, the principal of and, to the extent permitted by Law, interest on the Loans and any other amounts owing hereunder or under the other Loan Documents (including without limitation fees and expenses) shall bear interest, payable on demand, at the Default Rate.
