Common use of Defense by the Employer Clause in Contracts

Defense by the Employer. Subject to approval of the Employer and the Attorney General of the State of Washington in accordance with RCW 28B.10.842 and RCW 4.92, claims, suits or proceedings against an employee for good faith actions or omissions arising out of his or her ordinary course and scope of duties for the Employer shall be defended by, and at the expense of, the Employer.
