Deferred Compensation Notice Requirements. In the event that any SpinCo Group Employee who is a participant in a Parent Deferred Compensation Plan terminates employment or service with the SpinCo Group, written notice of such termination shall be provided by SpinCo to Parent within thirty (30) days following such termination of employment or service.
