Definition of Services. The Professional's services consist of those services performed by the Professional, Professional's employees and Professional's consultants as enumerated in Articles 2 and 3 of this Agreement.

Definition of Services. TSE-PEO and Accountabilities agree to jointly employ certain employees ("Assigned Employees"). Accountabilities and TSE-PEO agree to undertake employer responsibilities as allocated by this Agreement. TSE-PEO agrees to provide Accountabilities with related services identified in this Agreement. TSE-PEO may, but is not required to, provide additional consulting services to Accountabilities. Definition of Services. (1) When supplies, equipment, reports, etc., are requested by the principal, and/or a member of the administrative staff, it shall be the responsibility of the custodian serving the requesting building to make the pick-up and delivery, as well as the pick-up and delivery of materials, supplies or equipment to or from local businesses or organizations, as well as the Post Office or other local delivery service businesses.
(2) It is mutually agreed that unless an emergency exists, a reasonable amount of time will be allowed for the custodian to schedule the pick-up request into his daily routine.

(2) In addition to intersystem cartage service, the custodian contracting for cartage service may be requested to:
(a) Pick-up and deliver materials, supplies or equipment to or from local business firms.
(b) Deliver outgoing education films or other parcel post items to the local Post Office or other trucking service offices.
(c) Take home students that are not feeling well or have had a minor accident – this would be necessary only when parents have no transportation, and another adult accompanies the employee and child.
(3) It is mutually agreed that unless a State of Emergency exists, a reasonable amount of time will be allowed for the custodian to schedule the pick-up request into his daily routine.
Definition of Services. 1.1 TRI shall provide software development and/or consulting services to CUSTOMER as set out in the Statement of Work Attachment(s) A1, and as supplemented form time-to-time as required by Attachment(s) A2, A3 and any subsequent Attachment(s) A hereto, as executed by the parties and attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference. TRI shall have no obligation to provide services unless a written Statement of Work or other written authorization has been executed by the parties in agreement with this Agreement.
1.2 The term of this Agreement begins March 27, 2001 and shall remain in force until terminated by either party with one month written notice. Completion of any specific services shall not terminate this agreement, it being the intent of the parties to leave this agreement in effect in the event of future order for services.
Definition of Services. 2.1 This Agreement is for the City to hire, and the Contractor to make available for hire, vehicle(s) for the express use of snowplowing, sanding and/or snow removal Services (the “Services”) in anticipation of a City called Snow Run (“Snow Run”), for the Term of this Agreement.
2.2 When local prediction of snow accumulation of 2” or greater, the City may send a Notice to Report to the Contractor initiating a Snow Run.
2.3 A Snow Run is defined as that period of time when the City requires and compensates the Contractor for actual hours of Service provided during this period. A Snow Run is further defined as being a single, unique event with a finite beginning and of a specific duration.
2.4 Contractors’ offering Services under this Agreement must supply at least one (1) well-maintained vehicle type, in excellent operating condition, including an Operator and any and all expenses associated with providing the Services to the City.
2.5 Exhibit A identifies the Contractor’s vehicle type and how many of each will be made available to the City for hire. All vehicles being offered for Service are subject to passing a Vehicle Inspection at the discretion of the City Highway Superintendent.
2.6 The hourly rate paid to a Contractor for each vehicle type placed into Service during a Snow Run is as set forth in Exhibit A the “Hourly Snow Service Vehicle Rates”.
2.7 The Contractor will be paid the Hourly Snow Service Vehicle Rates for the actual hours of Service provided to the City during a Snow Run.
2.8 The City makes no guarantees, assurances, intended or implied, that the Contractor will receive any given number of Snow Runs during the Term of this Agreement.
Definition of Services. CHI shall provide the Company and Holdings with consulting services related to business and organizational strategy, financial and investment management, and merchant and investment banking services (collectively, the "Services").
Definition of Services. IV-E monies are available for curriculum development and/or purchase, instructor, venue, supplies and materials, and other expenses related to trainings. Additionally, the cost of personnel needed for coordination of these trainings also qualifies for this funding stream.
Definition of Services. Supplier will perform, on the terms and conditions set out herein and in each applicable SOW, the following services (collectively, the “Services”): (a) the services and other obligations (including Deliverables) described in the Effective Date SOW and in any other SOW; and (b) all other services and obligations of Supplier set out in this Agreement (including the Transition Assistance Services); and (c), whether or not expressly described in this Agreement, (i) all services, functions and responsibilities that are inherent, necessary or customarily provided as part of the services described in clauses (a) and (b), or that are reasonably required for the proper performance of such services; and (ii) the provision of all hardware, software, systems, materials, documentation, facilities, personnel and other resources used or required to be used in order to provide such services, as such services may be modified during the Term in accordance with this Agreement. For clarity, the Services do not include: (i) anything described in this Agreement, the Effective Date SOW or any other SOW as a Province Dependency or as a service or obligation to be performed or provided by an Other Service Provider, or any services, acts, functions or responsibilities that are inherent, necessary or customarily provided or performed as part of either of them; or (ii) use of or access to Terminals other than USB Terminals purchased by the Province under this Agreement.
