Definitions and Classifications. No person covered by any other collective agreement made under the Labour Relations Act shall be covered by this Agreement. However, a person who is covered by another collective agreement in respect of part-time employment with the Board, and who is accepted by the Board for additional employment as an Occasional Teacher, shall be covered by this Agreement in respect of such occasional teaching employment only.
