(d) “Restricted Area” means anywhere that your Employer, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries markets its products or services (which you acknowledge specifically includes the entire world), or with respect to the portion of the Non-Compete Period that follows termination of your employment, anywhere in which you provided services or had a material presence or influence on behalf of your Employer, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries at any time within the two (2) year period immediately preceding such termination. (e) “Restricted Capacity” means any capacity, or with respect to the portion of the Non- Compete Period that follows termination of your employment, any capacity that is the same or similar to the capacity in which you were employed by your Employer, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries at any time within the two (2) year period immediately preceding such termination and/or involves any services that you provided to your Employer, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries at any time within such two (2) year period.
