Definitions, Gender and Number. (a) The education expense of any beneficiary hereof shall be deemed to include expense of tuition, books, other equipment required in the course of study and living expenses (including travel) incurred in connection with attendance at any educational institution, including private schools, colleges and universities, trade schools, graduate schools and including vocational apprenticeships, internships and residencies. (b) The terms "child", "children", and "issue" as used in this instrument shall include legally adopted persons and the issue of legally adopted persons. (c) Whenever the context so requires, any gender or number shall include the other genders or number, respectively.
