DEFINITIONS, INTERPRETATION AND CONSTRUCTION. 1.1 Unless the subject matter or context otherwise requires or is inconsistent therewith, terms and expressions defined in the DCUSA have the same meanings in this BCA. Where terms and expressions have different meanings in respect of Sections 2A and 2B of the DCUSA, the meanings given in respect of Section 2B of the DCUSA shall apply.
1.2 The following terms and expressions shall have the meaning set out below:-

As used herein, an entity’s “affiliate” shall mean any entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with such first mentioned entity.
