Delegation and Use of Agents. 37. JOHP may delegate any of its functions under this Agreement to an Associate and may provide information about the Client and the Portfolio to any such Associate but JOHP's liability to the Client for all matters so delegated shall not be affected thereby. JOHP shall give to the Client written notice of any delegation of a function which involves the exercise of its discretionary investment management powers.
