Delegation and Use of Agents. To the extent permissible by law, the Portfolio Manager may delegate any of its functions under this Agreement to an Agent and may provide information about the Client(s) and the Account to any such Agent. The Portfolio Manager will act in good faith and with due diligence in its choice and use of such Agents.
