Delegation; Duties. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, the Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement the procedures on its behalf as set forth on Exhibit A, which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement (the “Procedures”). Exhibit A may be amended, from time to time, by the Transfer Agent in writing to the Fund with at least 30 days prior notice of such effective change.

Delegation; Duties. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, the Fund hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement the procedures on its behalf as set forth on Exhibit A, which is attached to and made a part of, this Agreement (the "Procedures"), and, in connection therewith, the Transfer Agent agrees to maintain policies and procedures, and related internal controls, that are consistent with the Procedures and the Program (the "TA Procedures"). Exhibit A may be amended, from time to time, by the Transfer Agent in writing to the Fund with at least 30 days prior notice of such effective change.
Delegation; Duties. 1.1. The Trust hereby delegates to State Street the performance of the procedures set forth on Exhibit A (the “Procedures”), which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement.
Delegation; Duties. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, the Trust hereby delegates to Boston Financial those aspects of the Trust's anti-money laundering program (the "Trust's Program") that are set forth on Xxxxxxxx X-0, attached hereto. The duties set forth on Appendix A-1 may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the parties upon the execution by both parties of a revised Appendix A-1 bearing a later date than the date hereof.
Delegation; Duties. 1.1 The Fund hereby delegates to the Transfer Agent the responsibility for performing the AML functions and duties described in Exhibit A, attached hereto. The duties set forth on Exhibit A may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the parties upon the execution by both parties of a revised Exhibit A bearing a later date than the date hereof.
Delegation; Duties. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, the Funds hereby delegate to the Transfer Agent those aspects of the Funds’ Program, as delegated to the Transfer Agent under this Amendment, that are set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto. In connection therewith, Transfer Agent agrees to maintain policies and procedures, and related internal controls that are consistent with the Funds’ Program, this Delegation Amendment, and agrees that those policies and procedures are reasonably designed to be in compliance with the PATRIOT Act. The Transfer Agent’s obligation under this delegation shall be contingent upon the Funds’ delivering their current Program to the Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent represents that it believes it has the ability to implement the specific duties delegated on Exhibit A to this Amendment. The duties set forth on Exhibit A may be amended, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the parties upon the execution by both parties of a revised Exhibit A bearing a later date than the date hereof.
