Delegation of General Partner's powers. The General Partner may delegate its authority and powers to such person or persons (except a Limited Partner) as it may reasonably select and appoint. The General Partner remains liable for the acts and omissions of its delegates as if those acts or omissions were those of the General Partner. Without in any way affecting the generality of the foregoing, the General Partner may, for the purposes described in the foregoing sentences:
