1. is structured into 3 main chapters:
1. In chapter 2 (Definition and general objectives of Collaboration Secretariat) the general objective and the scope (areas of action) of the Collaboration Secretariat are defined, as well as the specific objectives by scope of action.
2. In chapter 3 (Structure and organization of the Collaboration Secretariat) the organizational structure and the roles / functions of each partner within the Collaboration Secretariat are determined.
3. In chapter 4 (Initial Roadmap of the Collaboration Secretariat) the roadmap of the Collaboration Secretariat for the period from June 2018 to December 2018 is presented.
Deliverable Description. From the Description of Work this deliverable has the purpose of reporting on spectral spatial reconstruction with results of linearity tests. Describing the optical performance, positioning tolerances and phase errors associated with the test data runs using the Cardiff test bed. Here we include the data algorithms used to process the data and the implications of our findings with a description of the subsequent steps which will be investigated following the end of this activity.

The deliverable D1.2 is structured into several chapters explaining the following key aspects related to the project management in the project: • Governance structure • Communication channels • Reporting process • Quality plan for deliverables • Innovation management • Conflict resolution • Risk Management • Annexes Note: the PUSH2HEAT proposal was submitted with four demo sites but one of them (the pilot plant to be implemented at CAPSA) failed during the GA preparation phase. CAPSA is not officially a beneficiary of the PUSH2HEAT project and the consortium is looking for a demo site that will substitute it. Once the alternative demo site is confirmed the responsibilities that should have been assumed by CAPSA will be transferred to the new partner. However, it has not been possible to find the alternative demo site yet, so for the sake of clarity ‘CAPSA’ and ‘demo site in Spain’ are used to refer to this demo site.

Deliverable Description. Hosting of a Program Management and Student Information Web-Based Data System VENDOR will host a secure, fully managed iteration of SIS Hubbe California for AGENCY within: xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. Technical Assistance and Training VENDOR will provide personalized start-up technical assistance and training on the use of the SIS Hubbe System, differentiated by role. VENDOR staff will ensure a successful transition and launch at all levels: Agency Administration, Site Administration and Classroom Management. Start-up support services include system set-up including importing historical data provided in Excel for import into the new SIS Hubbe System. Materials and Resources SIS Hubbe training guides and video instructions for all data system features. Monthly Release Notes and Web-Based training for new/enhanced system features when applicable.
