Seller and Buyer shall each deliver to the other outside of Escrow such additional items as are necessary to consummate the purchase and sale of the Properties pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation, the delivery by Seller to Buyer of the following to the extent any of the following are in Seller’s possession and have not been previously delivered to Buyer: (i) permits, warranties and plans and specifications relating to the Properties; Properties.
