Delivery of Note. In the event the Assignee is not already a Lender under the Credit Agreement, promptly following the receipt by the Assignor of the consideration required to be paid under Section 3.1 hereof, the Assignor shall notify the Agent to request that the Borrower execute and deliver a new Note to the Assignee dated the Assignment Date.
