Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the Specified Time (or such later time as the Agent may agree).
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Agent of the duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 10:00 a.m. three Business Days prior to the proposed Utilisation Date.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. 5.1.1 A Borrower may utilise a Facility by delivery to the Lender of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 10h00 on the date falling three Business Days prior to the proposed Utilisation Date (or such shorter period agreed by the Lender).
5.1.2 A Utilisation Request, once delivered, is irrevocable and a Borrower may not deliver more than one Utilisation Requests in respect of a Facility.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Lender of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the date falling one (1) Business Day prior to the proposed Utilisation Date or such shorter time that the Lender may otherwise agree. The Borrower shall utilise the Facility during the Availability Period.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. (a) The Borrower may utilise the Facilities by delivery to the Facility Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the Specified Time.
(b) The Borrower may not deliver more than one Utilisation Request in respect of the Facilities. All three Facilities must be utilised on the Utilisation Date.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. (a) The Borrowers may utilise the Facility or any part of it by delivery to the Facility Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the Specified Time.
(b) The Borrowers may not deliver more than one Utilisation Request in respect of the Loan. All Tranches shall be disbursed in one advance.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrowers may utilise the Upsized Loans by delivery to the Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 12:00 noon Oslo time on the date falling three (3) Business Days prior to the Utilisation Date.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. (1) The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Original Lender of the duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 12 noon on the Business Day being two Business Days before the proposed Utilisation Date.
(2) The Facility is only available by way of a single borrowing.
(3) If and to the extent that the Facility has not been fully utilised prior to the expiry of the Availability Period, it will lapse.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrower may utilise the Facility by giving to the Lender the duly completed Utilisation Request.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Company may utilise the Term Facility by delivery to the Agent of the duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 9 days prior to the proposed Utilisation Date.
