Delivery Points. (A) VMSC shall deliver Product(s) to Distributor at the terminal facilities (the “Delivery Point(s)”) designated by VMSC as described below. Any additional costs incurred by Distributor related to the purchase of Products from such alternate Delivery Points shall be for Distributor’s account. If VMSC notifies Distributor of a permanent change in a Primary Delivery Point utilized by Distributor and the alternate Primary Delivery Point is not reasonably acceptable to Distributor, then Distributor may, as its sole and exclusive remedy against VMSC, terminate this Agreement solely as this Agreement relates to the particular Station(s) authorized to be supplied from the discontinued Primary Delivery Point. Delivery Points. The delivery points are the interconnection points identified in Section 2.0 as the Network Load.
Delivery Points. All electric energy delivered under the 1992 Agreement shall be of the character commonly known as three-phase sixty Hertz energy, and shall be delivered at the Interconnection Points specified under Section 1.01 hereof, at a nominal voltage of 138,000 volts at the Five Points and Centerton Interconnection Points, at the 138KV Petersburg Interconnection Point, and at the Carmel Tap Point; and at a nominal voltage of 345,000 volts at the Whitestown and Gwynneville Interconnection Points, and at the 345KV Petersburg Interconnection Point; and at such other points and voltages as hereafter may be agreed upon by the parties pursuant to Section 1.02 hereof.

Delivery Points. The Delivery Point will be (i) for each Distributed Resource composing the Project that is located behind a Customer’s retail meter, the load meter(s) for such Distributed Resource, and (ii) for each Distributed Resource composing the Project that is not located behind a Customer’s retail meter, the Electric Revenue Meter at the point of interconnection, and in each case (i) and (ii), as stated in Appendix III. Seller shall be solely responsible for any costs or charges imposed on or associated with Distribution Services up to and at the Delivery Point. Buyer shall be responsible for any costs or charges imposed on or associated with Distribution Services after the Delivery Point.
Delivery Points. Product will be delivered to the requested delivery points (each individually, a “Delivery Point” and collectively, the “Delivery Points”) identified on Schedule 2.1. In the event Seller is unable to load or deliver any Products at the specific Delivery Points designated by PPC, Seller shall provide PPC prompt notice thereof. Deliveries shall be as specified in Schedules 2.1.
