Delivery Windows. UPS may provide UPS My Choice Members an estimated delivery window (typically a four hour window) for inbound shipments. By UPS establishing an estimated delivery window it is not guaranteeing delivery of the shipment during such window. UPS may provide UPS My Choice Personal Members the ability to choose two hour delivery window for a shipment. If the window You select is confirmed by UPS, UPS guarantees to deliver the shipment in the selected window. If UPS is unable to deliver the shipment before the end of the confirmed window, your sole and exclusive remedy will be that UPS will not charge the fees for delivery in the confirmed window. UPS will have no liability for any damages based on its failure to deliver the shipment before the end of the confirmed window.

After the initial development of the Delivery Schedule, a designated WO employee and UNFI will meet monthly, if requested by WO or UNFI, or quarterly, if no monthly meetings are held, to review the Schedule and make any necessary modifications.
