Demolition and Site Preparation. The Parties acknowledge and agree that consistent with the terms of the Original Agreement and this Agreement, the County adopted its urban renewal area described in subsection (a)(ii), issued the Bonds, and caused the completion of the Demolition and Site Preparation.
Demolition and Site Preparation. Tenant shall have the sole responsibility for preparing the Leased Premises for constructing the Improvements, including, without limitation, demolishing any existing improvements on it.
Demolition and Site Preparation i. Conditioned upon the establishment of the County’s urban renewal area described in subsection (a)(ii) of this Agreement and the City’s compliance with this Agreement, the County will finance and cause the completion of the Demolition and Site Preparation utilizing those financing mechanisms as deemed appropriate by the County in its sole discretion.
Demolition and Site Preparation. JPA agrees to cause the demolition and removal of the parking improvements currently constructed on Xxx 0, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx First Addition in accordance with the Removal Plan, at its cost and expense, but in no event shall said cost exceed $79,000. The JPA shall competitively bid the demolition work outlined in the Removal Plan, and if the amount bid by lowest responsible bidder identified through the public bidding process exceeds $79,000, the Redeveloper shall pay such excess costs.
Demolition and Site Preparation. Redeveloper shall perform any necessary site preparation, demolition and remediation of harmful environmental conditions throughout the Building and on the Project Site. Necessary demolition and preparation of the Site for rehabilitation and new construction shall be referred to hereinafter as “Demolition” and “Site Preparation”
