Demolition of Structures. (if implemented by the City): The Contractor will remove structures designated for removal by and at the direction of the City. The Contractor agrees to remove in a timely manner all structures as determined by the City as set out in Section 1.1 of this Contract.

Demolition of Structures. (if implemented by the CityMunicipality): The Contractor will remove structures designated for removal by and at the direction of the CityMunicipality. The Contractor agrees to remove in a timely manner all structures as determined by the City Municipality as set out in Section 1.1 of this Contract. The Municipality reserves the right to bid and contract structure demolition under separate contract with contractor or other contractors as deemed necessary.
