Demolition / Substantial Renovation. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease, the Landlord may terminate this Lease at any time upon giving to the Tenant not less than twelve (12) months notice of such termination if it is the Landlord's intention to demolish, redevelop or substantially renovate all or part of the Building.
