Demonstration Equipment Clause Samples

The Demonstration Equipment clause defines the terms under which equipment is provided for demonstration purposes, typically by a supplier to a potential customer. It outlines the conditions for delivery, use, and return of the equipment, specifying responsibilities such as maintenance, liability for damage, and the duration of the demonstration period. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations and limits the supplier’s risk while allowing the customer to evaluate the equipment before making a purchase decision.
