DEMOTION INTO UNIT FROM OUTSIDE. A bargaining unit employee who is permanently transferred to a management position shall retain his/her bargaining unit seniority. In the event his/her job is curtailed, he/she may, at the option of the Company, be entitled to exercise the regular curtailment procedure herein above set forth.
