Demotion, Voluntary Reduction in Assigned. Hours or Retirement in Lieu of Layoff All Unit I employees as defined in D. below and including those Unit I employees who elected retirement, reduction in hours, reduction in class, or reduction in status in lieu of layoff shall be afforded all rights provided under all applicable Education Code provisions and applicable Personnel Commission Rules.
