Common use of Denomination of Securities; Payments of Interest Clause in Contracts

Denomination of Securities; Payments of Interest. The Securities of each series shall be issuable in registered form in denominations established as contemplated by Section 2.3. The Securities of each series shall be numbered, lettered or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plan as the officers of the Issuer executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee, as evidenced by the execution and authentication thereof. The Securities of each series shall bear interest from the date, and such interest shall be payable on the Interest Payment Dates, established as contemplated by Section 2.3.
