G. PAYMENT CARD INDUSTRY DATA SECURITY STANDARDS (PCI DSS)

PURPOSE In order to achieve fairness for the payment of ASL/English interpreting services in rural areas of the state, a statewide Fee Schedule has been implemented for the Colorado Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deafblind’s (CCDHHDB) Rural Interpreting Services Project (Pilot) (“RISP”). The goals of the RISP Fee Schedule are:
1. Uniform statewide guidelines regarding the provision of ASL/English interpreting services for rural areas of the state.
2. Compensation set in order for CCDHHDB/RISP to provide required qualified interpreting services within the constraints of legislative appropriations.
3. Fee Schedule conforms to the spirit and intent of enabling legislation (C.R.S. §§ 00-00-000 to 210) and Rule (12 CCR 2516-1).
