Deployment Verification. Upon reasonable advance notice to Customer and on a non-interference basis with Customer’s normal business operations, SailPoint has the right to verify the quantity of Software Customer has placed into use under this Agreement. Such verification shall not be conducted more frequently than once per year unless agreed otherwise in an Order.

Deployment Verification. Upon reasonable notice, during Customer’s normal business hours, Jitterbit has the right to verify Customer’s deployment and use of the Platform for compliance with the terms of this Agreement and the applicable Order Form. Customer will cooperate in providing information and commercially reasonable assistance to Jitterbit in verifying Customer’s usage and compliance. If Customer’s use of the Platform is found to be greater than contracted for (“Overage”), Customer will be invoiced for unpaid Subscription fees for such Overages, which shall be payable in accordance with this Agreement. If the resulting adjustments to the Subscription Fees owed by Customer are greater than five percent (5%) of the Subscription Fees paid by Customer under this Agreement, Customer will pay the expenses associated with such audit in addition to the additional license and support fees.
Deployment Verification. Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure the right for the Lender accompanied by a representative of Borrower to come upon the premises of sites in New York State where additional Gen Drive units are deployed in fulfillment of the Deployment Commitment in order to verify such deployment. The Lender’s right to verify such deployment at such sites shall be at reasonable intervals and subject to reasonable restrictions relating to advanced notice, time of day, compliance with security procedures and interference with business operations.
Deployment Verification. Upon reasonable advance notice to Customer and on a non-interference basis with Customer’s normal business operations, Zilla has the right to verify the proper usage of the SAAS Services Customer has ordered under this Agreement. Such verification shall not be conducted more frequently than once per year unless agreed otherwise in an Order.
Deployment Verification. Upon reasonable advance notice to Customer and on a non-interference basis with Customer’s normal business operations, 100 Percent IT has the right to verify the quantity of Software Customer has placed into use under this Agreement. Such verification shall not be conducted more frequently than once per quarter.

Upon reasonable advance notice to Ordering Activity and on a non-interference basis with Ordering Activity’s normal business operations, SailPoint has the right to verify the quantity of Software Ordering Activity has placed into use under this Agreement. Such verification shall: (i) not be conducted more frequently than once per year unless agreed otherwise in an Order; (ii) comply with Ordering Activity’s security measures and requirements, including any requirements for personnel to be cleared prior to accessing sensitive facilities; and (iii) to the extent SailPoint cannot meet Ordering Activity’s security requirements, be conducted via self-assessment tool provided by, and at the direction of SailPoint. Carahsoft onbehalf of SailPoint will provide such advance notice to Ordering Activity. EXHIBIT A To END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT (v0816) SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE 1. Support and Maintenance Services Ordering Activity shall be entitled to purchase Support and Maintenance Services at an annual rate as stated in the GSA Schedule Price List. For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned does not restrict Bigtincan’s ability to remotely monitor usage of the SAAS Services.
