Deposits into the Capital Reserve Account. (a) On or about September 22, 2016, Xxxxxx Restoration Consultants provided a certain Letter Report for the Switch Parking Garage, Project 13-3237.00 (the “Capital Report”) which Capital Report provides a 25-year forecast of anticipated capital improvements and an estimate of the annual funding (the “Total Annual Amount”) needed to provide funds for such forecasted improvements. The initial Capital Report states that for each parking space within the Garage, ninety-four and no/100 dollars ($94.00) is annually required to pay for the anticipated capital improvements. Accordingly, pursuant to the initial Capital Report, Multi-Family Owner shall annually deposit $13,536.00 and City shall annually deposit $26,508.00 (in either instance, whether referring to Multi-Family Owner or City and as changed by subsequent Capital Reports, the “Proportionate Share”), which amounts may change upon update to the Capital Report. The Capital Report shall be updated at least every five (5) years after the date of the initial Capital Report. The Consultant’s fees and associated costs to prepare updates to the Capital Report shall be included as Garage Expenses.

  • Reserve Account (a) On the Closing Date, the Seller shall deposit the Specified Reserve Balance into the Reserve Account. Amounts held from time to time in the Reserve Account shall be held by the Trust Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Noteholders.

  • Deposits into Escrow Account The Concessionaire shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following inflows and receipts into the Escrow Account:

  • Reserve Fund (a) On the Closing Date, the Seller will deposit the Reserve Fund Initial Deposit into the Reserve Fund from the net proceeds of the sale of the Notes. The Reserve Fund shall be the property of the Issuer subject to the rights of the Indenture Trustee in the Reserve Fund Property.

  • Escrow Account 31.1.1 The Concessionaire shall, prior to the Appointed Date, open and establish an Escrow Account with a Bank (the “Escrow Bank”) in accordance with this Agreement read with the Escrow Agreement.

From the Operating Account, Property Manager shall pay the operating expenses of the Property and any other payments relative to the Property as required by this Agreement. If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.

  • Financial Institution with Only Low-Value Accounts An Estonian Financial Institution satisfying the following requirements:

  • Settlement Account 4.1 The Scheduling Coordinator shall maintain at all times an account with a bank capable of Fed-Wire transfer to which credits or debits shall be made in accordance with the billing and Settlement provisions of Section 11 of the CAISO Tariff. Such account shall be the account as notified by the Scheduling Coordinator to the CAISO from time to time by giving at least 20 days written notice before the new account becomes operational, together with all information necessary for the CAISO's processing of a change in that account.

  • Escrow Accounts Subject to the terms of the related Deferred Servicing Agreement, Seller shall be entitled to withdraw funds from any Escrow Account related to a Deferred Servicing Agreement only for the purposes permitted in the applicable Servicing Agreement.
