Description for e-Mail Manager Key Perfromance Indicators. Supplier will host an email infrastructure that reliably forwards all system generated emails to AT&T Online customers. This infrastructure will operate within the following service levels:
1. mail relay servers to deliver expected **** System Availability
2. Support **** email messages per **** (reasonably spaced)
3. retention of all sent email messages 4. Message sizes may not exceed **** or contain attachments
