Description of Activities. The Commercialization Plan (as amended, if needed) shall include a reasonable description of the activities that Licensee shall undertake in order to market the Licensed Product in the Territory, including, but not limited to, (i) media marketing plans, promotional activities and similar matters, including detailed budgets, and (ii) the identity of intended major Distributors and Sublicensees, if any.
