Common use of Description of Program Clause in Contracts

Description of Program. The CONTRACTOR will provide the following: Daytime Services - During the daytime the area will be utilized as a drop-in center serving an estimated 400 to 750 guests seeking a safe place, service connections, hygiene services, showers & restrooms, a meal (meals to be provided by volunteers and/or other resources directed by COUNTY), and place to rest. Nighttime Services - At night the area will be used as an overnight shelter which may accommodate up to 425 beds.
