Design Builder’s Phase 1 Compensation. Design Builder’s compensation for Work performed in Phase 1 shall consist of the following: 1. The Cost of the Work as set forth in Section 6.5 of the General Conditions, for Work performed in Phase 1; and. 2. The Design-Builder’s Fee Percentage, which shall be multiplied by the Cost of the Work for Phase 1.
