Design Fees. All of Tenant's design fees (including, without limitation, Tenant's architect and sign designer) must be paid by Tenant.
Design Fees. The Design Fees are outlined in the Proposal.
Design Fees. A MARC Entity shall be entitled to receive a design fee for space plans and revisions and mechanicals with respect to each Property equal to $0.10 per square foot for such Property and construction documents of $1.50 per square foot for such Property, subject to adjustment based on the CPI Adjustment.
Design Fees. All architectural, engineering and consulting fees and expenses incurred in designing and constructing the Project and paid by Contractor to the Contractor's Architect or such other consultants as had been previously approved in writing by Owner.
Design Fees. In the event that during the term of this Agreement Medtronic requests that WGL supply to it a new model or models of SVO Battery under this Agreement, then Medtronic will pay to WGL a reasonable design fee for WGL's efforts in designing such new model or models of SVO Battery. Such design fee shall be mutually agreed to by the parties in good faith and in no event will such fee be greater than an amount equal in all material respects to that being paid at or near the time of such design changes by other purchasers for a comparable degree of design changes to SVO Batteries purchased from WGL. Any significant design changes for SVO Batteries in production shall cost a minimum of *.
Design Fees. The Project SPE shall charge fees for design services. The total charge for design services by the Project SPE shall not exceed the State of Louisiana fee scale in effect on the Effective Date of the Ancillary Agreements for the Project.
Design Fees. Due to the nature of the Services and Deliverables, the Client cannot request a refund from the Service Provider where:
a. the Client has changed their mind;
b. the Client’s personal or financial circumstances have changed;
c. the reason for termination is outside of the Service Provider’s control; and/or
d. the Client insists on Services being performed in a way that is against their advice. Refunds will be offered in accordance with both Australian Consumer Law and applicable state Fair trade legislation. The Service Provider is permitted to exercise their discretion in any circumstances where a refund of any fees already paid by the Client may be appropriate.
Design Fees. (i) Preliminary design fee: The Contract Letting Party shall pay 20% of such fee to the Contractor within 10 days after entering into the Agreement. Within 30 days of the approval of the preliminary design, the Contract Letting Party shall pay the rest of the preliminary design fee.
(ii) Construction and survey design fee for the main construction: The Contract Letting Party shall pay 10% of such fee to the Contractor after the master design has been approved by the Contract Letting Party. Such fee shall then be payable in accordance with the progress of the design, and 50% would be payable after the civil construction design of the main factory building has been completed. 85% of such fee would be payable after all the designs have been completed. 97% of such fee would be payable after the second power generating unit has passed the 72 hours trial run. 3% of the construction and survey design fee would be quality assurance deposit and would be payable one year after the commencement of the operation of the power plants if there is no problem with the quality of the design and all the designs have been handed over. The whole amount of such fee would be payable within 30 days after all the designs have been handed over and checked.
(iii) The rest of the design fee would be paid in accordance with the progress. 50% of such fee would be payable after half of such designs have been completed, and 100% would be payable after all such designs have been completed.
Design Fees. All Design Fees, including fees for the Preliminary Architect, shall be included in the Stadium Budget and will be paid as part of the Stadium Costs.
Design Fees. All architectural (including landscape architecture), engineering, and other design consulting fees attributable solely the Landlord’s Work.
