Common use of Design, Installation and Validation Requirements Clause in Contracts

Design, Installation and Validation Requirements. Cisco or a Cisco authorized partner shall install and validate the HealthPresence Products. Integrator shall not install or validate the HealthPresence Products, unless expressly authorized in a written agreement between Cisco and Integrator. Integrator shall ensure that End User’s site(s) meets the requirements for installation and validation of the HealthPresence Products, as set forth in the Solution Design Guide, including but not limited to an appropriate installation environment, network connections, broadband connectivity, and power for the HealthPresence Products at each of the End User sites. If authorized to install and validate the HealthPresence Products pursuant to a separate written agreement with Cisco, Integrator shall follow all installation and validation requirements pursuant to such agreement and the Solution Design Guide.
