DESIGN/INSTALLATION STANDARDS FOR NEW OR REPLACEMENT. TANK SYSTEM(S) AND COMPONENTS 1. The design/installation assessment for each tank system(s)/component(s) design shall include, at a minimum, the following information: (a) Design standard(s) according to which tank(s) and/or the ancillary equipment are constructed; (b) Hazardous characteristics of the hazardous and/or radioactive substance(s) to be handled; (c) For each new tank system(s)/component(s) in which the external shell of a metal tank or any external metal component(s) of the tank system(s) will be in contact with the soil or water, a determination by a corrosion expert of: (i) Factors affecting the potential for corrosion, including but not limited to:
