Designated Areas. Only those areas authorized for the use in the rental agreement may be used. Use of areas beyond those identified in the rental agreement will result in termination of the agreement and forfeiture of security deposit.

Designated Areas. Lessor shall have the right by written notice to Lessee, to designate specific areas of the Complex for employee parking. If Lessor so designates an employee parking area, then automobiles of Lessee, its employees and agents shall not park within the parking area except in areas delineated by Lessor as "employee parking." Lessee shall be entitled to park in common with other tenants of Lessor. Lessee agrees not to overburden the parking facilities and agrees to cooperate with Lessor and other tenants in the use of parking facilities. Lessor reserves the right in its absolute discretion, to determine whether parking facilities are becoming crowded and, in such event, to allocate and assign parking spaces among Lessee and other Lessees. Upon request, Lessee shall provide Lessor with the license plate numbers of all employees.
Designated Areas. Lessee must walk pets in designated areas only. Pets are not permitted in any common areas of the community/building such as laundry areas. PET MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES IN ACCORDANCE WITH COUNTY OR CITY REGULATIONS.

Designated Areas. The EMPLOYER will designate specific areas where tools will be deposited for the period during which the employee is not working. The EMPLOYER assumes the responsibility for making certain that the designated area in which the tool boxes are deposited are secure by lock and key prior to the departure at the end of the day’s work of the employee involved. To assure the maximum protection for employee’s tools, each employee is obligated to bring to the attention of his Xxxxxxx or other available Supervisor all unlocked doors to areas in which tool boxes are deposited, where such areas are unattended and no work is being performed therein. Where all of the above provisions have been implemented and tools are pilfered from a tool box with evidence of the breakage of the lock on such tool box, the EMPLOYER, on the presentation of adequate proof by the employee involved, will make whole such employee for the loss of the pilfered tools, provided such tool is listed in Appendix A.

Designated Areas. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Owner may continue to use such portions of the Leased Property which are not covered by this Agreement, that Owner may change the designated areas at any time, and that Contractor shall have no control over Owner's use of said areas.
Designated Areas a. Generally, the Owner’s eye safety program and procedures are oriented towards the operations being performed. In most cases the nature of the operation will dictate the necessary level of eye protection warranted. However, some areas are designated as always requiring at least the use of safety glasses. These areas are to be identified by the contractor to comply with Cal OSHA requirements.

City, in accordance with these Provisions, grants to the Permittee permission to use the non-exclusive space or areas designated by the City for the Permittee’s Drivers to: (i) pick up its passengers that are located in both the Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 Arriving Flights Drive and referred to as the “Passenger Pick-Up Locations;” and (ii) drop off its passengers that are located in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 Departing Flights Drive and referred to as the “Passenger Drop-Off Locations.” Passenger Pick-Up and Passenger Drop-Off locations are more fully described and illustrated in the attached Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit A-2. The Passenger Pick-Up Locations and the Passenger Drop-Off Locations are collectively referred to as the “Designated Areas” and all rights and privileges granted under this Permit are subject to the Provisions of this Permit. Permittee and its Drivers will have the revocable and non- exclusive right of ingress and egress across designated Airport property to conduct their permitted operations hereunder. Nothing in the Permit will be construed or interpreted as granting or creating a license or franchise or any exclusive right pursuant to any federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations. B. The revocable and non-exclusive rights granted in this Section 2 hereof must only be exercised within the Designated Areas. The Director, on behalf of the City, may relocate, add, substitute, or delete all or portions of the Designated Areas at his/her sole option as may be required in the opinion of the Director. Other than in the case of an operational emergency, the City shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide ten (10) days notice of such relocation, substitution, addition, or deletion of Designated Areas. The Permittee hereby stipulates and agrees that the City will not be liable or responsible for any loss whatsoever including, without limitation, any inconvenience, cost, or loss by Permittee of work, time, revenue, profit, or business resulting from such changes, or any actual, consequential, incidental, or special damages. C. Permittee must incorporate into the TNC’s mobile application technology, operations, or App, a Geo-Fence that has been approved by the City. Permittee must demonstrate to the City that the Geo-Fence is operational prior to Permittee’s Drivers picking up or dropping off any passengers at the Airport.
