Designated Office. Each Party will designate an office to be responsible for:
Designated Office. The Subscription for use of Web-based Applications must be registered to a particular Designated Office and may only be used by Authorized Users primarily working out of such Designated Office, but may be accessed from any location by such Authorized User.
Designated Office. The designated office of the Company (the “Designated Office”) shall be located at 2000 Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx., Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxx 00000. The Management Board shall be authorized to change the location of the designated office of the Company; provided, however, that such change is authorized under the Act, the Management Board provides written notice of such change to all of the Members, and the Managers deliver a statement of change to the Division.
Designated Office. To facilitate the exchange, transfer or exercise of Subscription Receipts and compliance with such other terms and conditions hereof as may be required, the Company has appointed the Designated Office as the agency at which Subscription Receipts may be surrendered for exchange or transfer and the Subscription Receipt Agent has accepted such appointment. The Company may from time to time designate alternate or additional places as the Designated Office (subject to the Subscription Receipt Agent’s prior approval) and will give notice to the Subscription Receipt Agent of any proposed change of the Designated Office. Branch registers shall also be kept at such other place or places, if any, as the Company, with the approval of the Subscription Receipt Agent, may designate.
Designated Office. In cases where Mozambique is named in the application for regional registration, the IPI, as the receiving office shall publish in the Industrial Property Bulletin the applications filed in the Industrial Property Bulletin, to enable those parties who may be prejudiced by the possible registration to oppose it.

(2) The Company at any time may change the location of its Designated Office by filing a statement of change with the Division within thirty (30) days after the effective date of the change.

The international bureau (IB) transmits a copy of the international application and search report to each designated office for examination according to the national law of the designated state. This is called the “national phase”.

As long as any of the Warrants remain Outstanding, the Company shall maintain an office or agency, which may be the principal executive offices of the Company (the “Designated Office”), where the Warrants may be presented for exercise, registration of transfer, division or combination as provided in this Warrant. Such Designated Office shall initially be the office of the Company at 600 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000 Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000. The Company may from time to time change the Designated Office to another office of the Company or its agent within the United States by notice given to all registered Holders at least 10 Business Days prior to the effective date of such change.

As long as any of the Warrants remain outstanding, Issuer shall maintain an office or agency, which may be the principal executive offices of Issuer (the “Designated Office”), where the Warrants may be presented for exercise or for registration of transfer as provided in this Agreement. Such Designated Office shall initially be the office of Issuer at 6-1, 1-chome, Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku L-Xxxxx 00X, Xxxxxxxx-xx, Xxxxx 000-0000, Xxxxx. Issuer may from time to time change the Designated Office to another office of Issuer or its agent within Japan by giving written notice of the change to all Subscribers at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the effective date of such change.
