Designating Anaheim as Scheduling Coordinator. (i) At least thirty (30) days before Initial Synchronization, Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to the CAISO and Anaheim, as applicable, all documents necessary to authorize or designate Anaheim as the Scheduling Coordinator throughout the Delivery Term.

Designating Anaheim as Scheduling Coordinator. Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall not authorize or designate any other party to act as Scheduling Coordinator, nor shall Seller perform, for its own benefit, the duties of Scheduling Coordinator.
