DESTRUCTION OF GUARANTOR'S DOCUMENTS. All documents, schedules, agings, or other papers delivered to Foothill may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by Foothill four (4) months after they are delivered to or received by Foothill, unless Guarantor requests, in writing, the return of said documents, schedules or other papers and makes arrangements, at Guarantor's expense, for their return.
