Detailed Design. (a) Prior to Works commencing the Developer must provide a copy of the draft Detailed Design to the Council for approval.
Detailed Design. The Client will select from the outcome of the project assessment stage or preliminary design phase, the design option and other possible design elements that are to be developed to detailed design. The duties to be performed include but are not limited to the following:
Detailed Design. Without derogating from the Technical Specifications, within 30 (thirty) days from the POD, Supplier shall prepare and submit to ISR for approval a Detailed Design Plan ("DDP") defining the main activities to take place during the performance of this Agreement including a detailed design. The DDP shall consist of such activities as development and design, manufacture, assembly, integration, inspection, testing, acceptance of the BRM, detailed design and any other obligation in accordance with the terms and the conditions of this Agreement and/or the Technical Specifications. Without derogating from the above, the DDP shall include Ready for Operation Plan defining the operation of BRM following DDP onwards. The DDP shall be based on the requirements of the Technical Specifications and the relevant obligations set forth in this Agreement. In order to approve the DDP by ISR, the SPM and his relevant deputies shall meet in Israel with the IPM within 14 days after Supplier submitted the DDP to ISR for approval. Supplier shall bear all expenses related to such visit. The time of visit shall be coordinated between the Parties. After the DDP shall be approved in writing by ISR it shall be annexed as Annex L to this Agreement.
Detailed Design. Perform all project design, including preparation of plan sheets, cross-sections, profiles, detail sheets, specialty items, shop drawings, and other items required in accordance with the Highway Design Manual, including all Highway Design, including pavement evaluations, including taking and analyzing cores; design of Pavement mixes and applications procedures; preparation of bridge site data package, if necessary, and all Structural Design, including hydraulic analyses, if necessary, foundation design, and all design of highway appurtenances and systems [e.g., Signals, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) facilities], and maintenance protection of traffic plans. Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) criteria will apply to rail work.
Detailed Design. USE THE FOLLOWING 4.1 WHEN THERE IS A BRIDGING DOCUMENT OR RFP**
Detailed Design. 5.17.1. Without derogating from the Technical Specifications, within 30 (thirty) days from the POD, the Supplier shall prepare and submit to ASSOCIATION, for approval, a proposed Detailed Design Plan defining the main activities to take place during the performance of this Agreement. The proposed Detailed Design Plan shall consist of such activities as development and design, manufacture, assembly, integration, inspection, QA, Project Control Plan, testing, acceptance of the FACILITY, detailed design, delivery schedule of training and technical documents and any other obligation in accordance with the terms and the conditions of this Agreement and/or the Technical Specifications. Without derogating from the above, the proposed Detailed Design Plan shall include a Ready for Operation Plan defining the operation of the FACILITY going forward. The proposed Detailed Design Plan shall be based on the requirements of the Technical Specifications and the relevant obligations set forth in this Agreement. In order to approve the proposed Detailed Design Plan by ASSOCIATION, the SPM and his relevant deputies shall meet at the Supplier's site with the HPM within 45 Business Days after the Supplier submitted the proposed Detailed Design Plan to ASSOCIATION for approval, for a session which will include the following ("DDR"):
Detailed Design. (a) The detailed design development application must address the following requirements:
Detailed Design. Mechanical Preliminary Design Review ------------------------------------ A meeting will be scheduled with Program Management in order to review the concepts. Program management will determine which direction or combination of concepts to develop further. Meeting minutes will be recorded and provided. Hardware Detailed Design Specification -------------------------------------- The Hardware Detailed Design Specification documents the electronics design in detail, including a Theory of Operation, circuit description, etc. It references other design documents such as the schematics, Xxxx of Materials, wiring diagrams and component specifications to provide a complete encapsulation of the electronics design. Circuit Design -------------- The electronic circuit design task will include circuit design and component selection. Tradeoffs pertaining to features, performance, availability, and cost will be evaluated to choose the optimum parts for the application. The component selection will focus on existing components readily available in the anticipated quantities, which can be integrated together to provide the lowest finished product cost, with the highest system quality and reliability. Drawings; Schematic, Xxxx of Materials -------------------------------------- The circuit design (schematic and Xxxx of Materials) will be documented with a Computer Aided Design (CAD) package. The Xxxx of Materials will specify the component manufacturer and part number, with approved sources of supply. Hardware Design Review 1 ------------------------ The focus of the first Hardware Design Review is the circuit design and component selection. The review is performed as a top-down review. It begins by looking at the overall design, then the components selected, and ends after analyzing each circuit node. This review confirms that the design is in agreement with the Functional Specification. Printed Circuit Board Design and Layout --------------------------------------- The printed circuit board (PCB) design will be done on a CAD system. A printed circuit board component assembly drawing will also be generated. It will show all components on the board(s). The PCB will be designed to meet regulatory and agency approval as stated in the Functional Specifications. The PCB will include transient protection, electrostatic discharge protection, and RFI filtering as stated in the Functional Specifications.
Detailed Design. This effort will pursue the detailed design of **** concepts stemming from Task 2. Primary work will be on the design of specific components, with the selection of off-the-shelf items where possible. Work required in this stage includes preparation of engineering drawings, detailed calculations for the appropriate matching of components, component stress analysis for strength and reliability, and discussion with potential subcomponent manufacturers and vendors. Items with long lead times will be identified for possible advanced procurement. **** **** **** **** Task 4: Prototype Task 4 will prototype ****. Fabrication effort will be balanced between Veryst Engineering and contracted shops, depending on the details of the final design. **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** ****
Detailed Design. (a) The Council must notify the Developer of any design standards or guidelines or other requirements or policies of the Council applicable to the design and specifications of the Works (Council Standards) as soon as possible after the date of this agreement. If the Council does not provide the Council Standards, the Developer must request them from the Council.
