Determinations by the Bank. Where this Guarantee Agreement refers to or requires any determination or calculation of any amount or fact to be made by the Bank, the Bank’s determinations or calculations shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding for all purposes of this Guarantee Agreement.
