Development and Maintenance. Braze uses tools such as GitHub and Xxxxxxx to effectively manage the development lifecycle. During testing, Braze generates sandbox accounts and fake data for testing. Braze does not use production data in sandbox accounts. Application source control is accomplished through private GitHub repositories. Braze has controls in place to ensure that all code must be approved before being merged to Braze’s main code branch; only the CTO and approved employees are granted access to promote code to production. Braze developers receive additional security training as part of their onboarding, and undergo regular and periodic security training during the term of their employment. Braze maintains a list of core security principles for engineering and high-level guidelines on security topics for secure software development.

Development and Maintenance. Each Company will explore, develop and maintain (or cause to be explored, developed and maintained) the Leases, xxxxx, units and acreage to which the Mineral Interests pertain in a prudent manner, and as may be reasonably necessary for the prudent and economical operation of (and in an effort to maximize the production capacity of and ultimate recovery of hydrocarbons from) such Leases, xxxxx, units and acreage.
Development and Maintenance. 2.1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation Section 4.2 (Terms of Use) below, during the term of the Agreement, SFDC will provide or make available the Commerce Cloud Product Documentation, Commerce Cloud APIs, one Commerce Cloud Sandbox and the Commerce Cloud Collaboration Sites, as described herein. Partner shall be entitled to the benefits applicable to the tier it subscribes to in the Order Form, as described in more detail in the Partner Program Guide, and otherwise agrees to abide by the terms of the Partner Program Guide. 2.1.2 Partner will devote such resources and undertake such development work as may be necessary to integrate the Commerce Cloud Services with Partner’s Products within sixty (60) days of the effective date of this Agreement, including the development of written documentation regarding the functionality and other relevant aspects of the integration. 2.1.3 Partner will continue to support the Integration to ensure the continued efficacy of the Integration for the greater of one year after the term of this Agreement or the duration of the certification, as outlined below in Section 2.3, “Certification”, as applicable.

The program will ensure that SDLC processes are consistent with Entrust information security goals and expectations. Additionally, system baselines will be established to support Entrust software and firmware within the lifecycle (e.g., source repositories) and to support deployment into production environments. Where practical, system baselines will be aligned with compliance requirements.

Development and Maintenance. TechSoup or a TechSoup PNGO shall develop and maintain the Website in accordance with this Agreement and separate approved web pages (each a “Webpage”) for each type of Fulfillment Activity (i.e. separate Webpages for Public Donation Fulfillment Activities and for Employee Matching Fulfillment Activities). Microsoft must approve the branding and functionalities of the Webpages, as they relate to Microsoft products, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. TechSoup or a TechSoup PNGO shall ensure that the Website remains in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and shall provide all notices to End Users as required by Microsoft from time to time. For the purposes of ensuring that the Website remains in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, TechSoup or a TechSoup PNGO may alter or change the Microsoft-related Webpages upon notice to Microsoft. TechSoup shall remove or cause to be removed Products (including advertising) from the Website immediately upon the receipt of a written notice from Microsoft, or if for any reason Microsoft decides to discontinue such Product or remove such Product from the Open License Product list.

Although we intend for the TOKENS and Network to follow the specifications set forth in the whitepaper, and will take commercially reasonable steps toward those ends (subject to internal business description), we may have to make changes to the specifications of the TO- KENS or Network for any number of legitimate rea- sons. This could create the risk that the TOKENS or Network, as further developed and maintained, may not meet your expectations at the time of acquiring TOKENS. Furthermore, despite our good faith ef- forts to develop and maintain the Network, it is still possible that the Network will experience malfunc- tions or otherwise fail to be adequately developed or maintained or be delayed, which may negatively im- pact the Network and TOKENS.
